Velocity 5 Algo AI Indicator is a digital product delivered electronically through the TradingView platform. Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered.

We offer a 24-hour refund policy from the time of purchase.

A refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of successful payment.

3. Eligible Refund Reasons

Refunds will be considered only if:

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must:

• Contact us through our official support channel
• Provide payment proof
• Provide TradingView username
• State the reason for refund request

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (depending on the payment provider).

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once access has been provided. Refund requests will be evaluated under this Refund Policy only.

7. Final Authority

We reserve the right to approve or reject any refund request at our sole discretion after reviewing the case.
